Refund policy

At Cruth Nua Clothing, I want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, I am happy to help in line with the policy below.

Returns

Customers may return items within 14 days of receiving their order, provided that:

• You request your return within 14 days using the link below and;

• Items are unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in original condition.

Returns sent without prior submission or outside the 14-day returns period may not be accepted.

How to Return an Item

1. Submit a return request here 

2. Items should then be posted back  to:

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

Refunds

3. Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Returns received outside the 14-day returns period are not eligible for a refund. In such cases, store credit may be issued at owners discretion.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at the moment. If you wish to change an item, please return it in line with our policy and place a new order.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@cruthnua.ie. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund where appropriate.

Sale Items

Sale items are non-refundable. Where eligible, store credit will be issued.
